June 2005
“We must interact with the world in order to see what we might create. Through engagement in the moment, we evoke our futures.”
These words of Margaret Wheatley are particularly apt for the experience and work of the Council of the Congregation held at Anderledy Lodge North Sydney from June 6th to 15th. As we gathered from all corners of the Congregation, placed ourselves in the realities of our Brigidine world of 2005, the wider world which we live and work, and looked toward our future there was great energy, commitment to our shared mission and a wonderful building of relationships.
