Care of the Earth Projects
A developing awareness of the fragility of our planet and of the interconnectedness
of all of the community of life has led to the establishment of 'Care of the
Earth', Cosmology and Sustainable Living groups throughout the Congregation.
Educational and practical work with Ecology and Land Care projects is undertaken
by a growing
number
of sisters. Some sisters are engaged in researching and developing programs
in the area of ecology, spirituality and earth ethics education. This includes
"EarthSong", an inter-Congregational group.
